The service packages that ARnS Tech offers are subject to the acceptance of all terms of the Service Level Assurance Agreement (SLA). Below you find all Terms, Conditions, and all other details of services explained here.

Terms:

The Terms of the Agreement is effective from the date the client enrolls for a particular service package and that will expire as per the agreement between both parties. The agreement of termination is on par with the SLA. ARnS Tech reserves all rights to use the Logo, Design Brand Identity, and URL created by our organization.

Description of Service:

ARnS Tech offers you one or even more service packages comprising services like building a website, Webhosting, site maintenance, add-on webpages, domain-based email services, storage space, etc. The ARnS Tech team reserves all rights to make changes, or discontinue the entire service package or a part of it due to non-cooperation, non-payment of the dues, or delay in payment. The client or any ally of the party agrees not to holdARnS Tech or any of its partners, or allies responsible for any kind of loss, depreciation, or damage to the affected business caused as a result of any kind of modification to the services.

Accessing All Information:

All the pages are hosted, owned, and operated by ARnS Tech or a group on behalf of this company. To access any information on the web pages of the site, the clients of ARnS Tech services might need to have registration-related information and other information pertinent to the purpose. Clients can only use the services offered by our organization on condition that all information offered by them is correct (updated, and true) to the best knowledge of our team.

All the telephonic conversations between our service team and the clients are recorded for quality checks, future reference, and training.

Clause for After-Sale Service:

The team at ARnS Tech offering you Post Delivery Support service for 30 days from the date of project delivery (final go live). The clause does not offer support for any changes done to the digital product by a third-party team on any condition. We refuse to hold accountability for such changes done by any third party. ARnS team is only responsible for all issues that surfaced during the support period. Charges for all support services offered during that period are to be paid by the client. The charges for after-sale service might differ from one condition to the other depending on a number of factors. The cost is determined by our technical team after a thorough assessment of the condition that needs attention.

Clause for Renewal of Service:

ARnS Tech is capable of canceling any hosting or domain-related services by offering the customer a notice of 7 days before the expiry of the service. The clients might receive their notice through,

Calls over the phone
eMails
By Post
Handwritten or facsimile post

The clients are requested to renew the services at least 7 days earlier from the date the actual service according to the previous contract expires. The ARnS Tech team reserves all rights to renew the hosting services.

Hosting Transfer

The Domain or Hosting Transfer process undergoes a number of processes. They are as follows,

Our Accounts team offers details of the dues to the client and a clearance report within 3 working days of order placement.
Once all dues are cleared off, a team from ARnS Tech will offer Auth Code or EPP and eventually unlock the Domain.
After you receive the Auth Code you can place a transfer request with the new partner.
You have to inform the ARnS Tech team about the hosting Transfer through emails, phone calls, etc. Then our team will approve that process of transfer.
After you receive approval from our team, the transfer process only takes 5 calendar days to complete the transfer process.
The Epp or Auth Code is valid only for a limited period. Failing to use that within a stipulated time may require you to place a new request.

Payment:

As a client, you must agree on paying us the service charge for a service/ package that you have enrolled for. The payment of service charges includes different taxes and all other billing terms that are effective right from the time you agree to enroll for a service/package. After going through all terms of services in detail you, as a client must understand and acknowledge to all of them and authorize the ARnS Tech team to deduct the amount from the registered credit card at a regular and pre-agreed interval.

The service charge will include all the required taxes. The client’s card will start getting charged with the amount right after he agrees to register for the service over the phone. ARnS Tech reserves all rights to follow the alternately allowed payment methods including all debt collection. The client shall be responsible for paying the entire amount of collection cost including the attorney’s fee.

Payment Collection:

The ArnS Tech team generally offers a billed service for all kinds of sponsored listings. We cover the credit risk of a particular amount for every client. The client must follow a valid payment method. In case, the client’s payment method encounters a breakdown, the ARnS Tech team reserves all rights to decide on a temporary stop of service for the site, PPC ads, sponsored listings, and even the creation of all the digital products that we offer you. In case of non-receipt of payment related to the service, the ARnS Tech team reserves all rights to terminate the contract and completely refuses to transfer the ownership of digital products like domain name, website, and a group of other services before the amount is paid in full. Our team does not have any liability for any kind of damage or loss caused due to a decline in payment.

Warranty:

Client has the authority to enter an agreement
Client will use all our services only for all lawful business purposes and any breach of that shall not be entertained
Client has the right to avail of all information provided as part of the contract.
